We deliver at least 36 photos unless the property is vacant land or a very small residence.
We use dropbox.com. Once the images are uploaded, you will receive a link via email so that you can download them.
60-90 minutes is typical, if everything is ready when we arrive. Larger homes may take as long 2 hours
You will find us to be very deliberate and thorough in our approach. We want to deliver the best possible quality.
We understand that unexpected things come up in everyday life but we require that you keep us informed of any changes in schedule.
If for any reason you have to cancel a shoot within 48 hours, there is a $50 rescheduling fee.
If you cancel the day of the shoot, there is a $75 rescheduling fee.
It is the client’s decision to cancel a photo shoot due to weather. Usually, we can still shoot the interiors and come back later to shoot the exterior shots.
We do not charge rescheduling fees for inclement weather.

Yes, we are available to work on most Saturdays.
We gladly serve Dallas, Collin, Rockwall and Hunt counties. For properties located outside of this region, we may charge a travel fee.
No, our clients are purchasing a 12 month usage license for the purpose of marketing the property.
After one year, they have the option of renewing the license or paying to have new photos made.
No. The client cannot sell or allow another person to use the photos.
